HOW WE GOT OUR NAME
The name, GlassWing, has a lot of meaning to me and here is why:
Throughout everything I did in life, my mom was always my number one supporter. Her support for my dream of doing event rentals was no different. When I was searching for the perfect name, I wanted to use something that would show my appreciation for her.
Growing up, anytime my sister or I had nightmares, my mom would say to think of butterflies. "Glasswing" is the name of a butterfly with glasslike wings as shown in our logo. It was a perfect symbol of her love.
A little about the owner, Kelsey Johns:
- She recently married her high school sweetheart of 8 years!
-She has a degree in Accounting from Georgia Tech
-Outside of her business, she enjoys spending time with her pug named Bug, working out, baking sweet desserts, and reading fantasy books.
